Shipping & Delivery

Fusion Firearms typically ships via the USPS or UPS, and tracking will be provided when available.

Orders for parts and in stock production models usually ship within 2 business days. Custom build and service order shipping times will vary depending on the complexity of the options, and we will keep you posted on when your order is expected to ship.

All Firearm and Frame/receiver sales must be shipped to a dealer with a valid Federal Firearms License, and must comply with all local and state laws where received.

You will be prompted at check-out to supply FFL information, but you can also supply it here

Returns & Replacements

Fusion Firearms offers the following Returns Policy:

Fusion Firearms will accept returns on purchased items within 60 days of purchase only. The items must be returned in like new condition. We will not accept returns on any items that are marked or altered in any form from the original condition. Returned item must be originally purchased from Fusion Firearms.

All returns for other than warranty, including refused shipments, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions.

Ordering

Attention to detail is our motto when it comes to the parts and services that we offer. Our customer comes first and we strive every day to grow those solid relationships.

  • All firearms sales must be handled through a dealer with a valid Federal Firearms License and must comply with all local and state laws where received. 
  • We will not violate the U.S. Firearms act of 1994 or any other laws of this Country. 
  • All refused shipments and returns for other than Warranty are subject to restocking fee. No exceptions. 
  • We ship U.S. Postal Service, UPS and Federal Express. 
  • All Custom Pistols or services require a 50% deposit with order. 

To start a 1911 pistol build

A 50 % deposit is required on all new custom pistol builds. Generally the customer will contact us via email on base model 1911, and the requirements he/she would like built into the pistol. Then we work up a full itemized quote for the customer to review.  Once the Bill of Materials has been reviewed and updated as needed, then finalized, the customer can call in a credit card or send a check for the balance.  If you need help with choosing a base pistol to start from or options feel free to email (link to contact form) or contact us at 941-485-2579 with your ideas and we can help you choose the model and options that would best suit your application and desired look of the pistol.

DUE TO PAYPAL POLICIES, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS FOR FRAME KITS AND NEW & USED FIREARMS.

ALL SHIPMENTS OF FRAME KITS AND NEW & USED FIREARMS MUST BE MADE THROUGH AND FFL DEALER.

We accept all major Credit cards, Paypal, Money Orders, Bank Checks, and Certified Checks. Personal checks are accepted but they must clear before any shipment is made.
