Fusion Firearms offers the following Returns Policy: • All firearm sales must be handles through a dealer with a valid Federal Firearms License and must comply with all local and state laws where received. • We will not violate the U.S. Firearms Act of 1994 or any other law of this Country. • All refused shipments and returns for other than warranty are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions. • We ship U.S. Postal Service, UPS and Federal Express. • We accept Money Orders, Bank Checks, certified checks, Paypal and all major credit cards through Paypal. Personal checks are accepted but they must clear before any shipment is made. • All custom pistols or services require a 50% deposit with order.
